Each day will either be a Jackpot day or a Goodie Box day. Deals will run for 23 hours: from 9:00 am (MDT) to 8:00 am (MDT) the following day, while supplies last. (The hour between 8:00 am and 9:00 am will be used to finalize all pending transactions, clear the queue, and launch the next deal.)

On Jackpot days, 5 products will be offered for sale at special discounted prices. On each Jackpot day, we've selected one of the 5 products to be the Jackpot item for that day, but you won't know which one it is (isn't it exciting!). If you happen to order the Jackpot item, lucky you! We'll reward you with a fabulous Close To My Heart jackpot, which may be one FREE product or a bundle of several FREE products! For those of you who aren't risk-takers, you'll want to purchase all 5 items to guarantee you'll hit the Jackpot!

If you purchase multiple quantities of the Jackpot item, you'll receive multiple products FREE. So, buy as many as you'd like of each item—there's no limit—and you could be a big winner!

The free items will be featured on the Jackpot June shopping page, alongside the 5 discounted products. We'll send your FREE items with the products you've ordered—and we'll pay the shipping/handling for your free items! Special shipping is offered on the discounted products you purchase: just $0.99 US / $1.99 CAN for each item.

So, how do you know if you've hit the Jackpot? Each day we'll announce what the Jackpot item was for the previous day on www.facebook.com/closetomyheart and at www.closetomyheart.com.

On Goodie Box days, you will be able to purchase a Goodie Box filled with wonderful Close To My Heart products at 50% or more off retail value. The Goodie Box contents will vary by day (we're not revealing specifics but you'll be thrilled!) and will include favorite current and retired stamp sets, paper packets, embellishments, and other great scrapbooking, stamping, and cardmaking items.

We have made every effort to differentiate the Goodie Box offerings by date so you can purchase boxes on different dates and receive a wide variety of products. The prices of the boxes will vary but each will be at least 50% off retail value. The higher the box price, the greater your savings from the original retail value. We're also offering discounted shipping.

Important Notes: In order to give shoppers the best possible deal on products and shipping, Jackpot June purchases must include ONLY Jackpot June items (the Goodie Box or the discounted items) and nothing else. This will streamline the shipment of orders and is also how we’re able to offer discounted shipping for this exciting promotion. This means:

On Goodie Box days, only one Goodie Box and no other items may be checked out in a single transaction.

On Jackpot days, only the discounted items may be checked out in one transaction; no limit on discounted items per transaction.

What are the item numbers for the campaign products?

Customers only need to "add" the item to their carts as they usually do when shopping online. They don't need to know the item numbers to place an order.

On Jackpot days, how will I know which discounted product is the Jackpot item?

You won't know—that's what makes this campaign so much fun! You won’t know until the following day, after the opportunity to place an order has passed. Simply visit www.facebook.com/closetomyheart or www.closetomyheart.com to see what the Jackpot item was for the previous day.

How do I know what the FREE item will be on Jackpot days?

The free item(s) will be featured on the Jackpot June shopping page, alongside the 5 discounted products.

What is in the Goodie Boxes?

If we told you it would spoil the fun! However, we can tell you each box will be filled with popular current or recently retired products, and we have made every effort to vary the box contents by date. This means you can buy boxes on each of the days they're available and stock up on a wide variety of favorite products at unbelievable deals!

Where can I see the Jackpot June items?

Images of the daily deals can be found on the day they're offered on a special page on MyCTMH® online shopping sites. Look for the Jackpot June link to see that day's deal. You won't find an image of what's inside the Goodie Boxes—it's supposed to be a surprise!

Will customers get to see a list of all the products offered during the month of June?

No. As part of the excitement, no list of products will be shown. We want to encourage your customers to purchase based on what they see that day and not wait until a future day to order something else. The daily surprise is what drives sales for you on your site.

What are the item numbers for the campaign items?

You and your customers won't need the item numbers for these daily specials. You'll simply add them to your cart with the click of a button!

Which order types is this promotion good for?

The Jackpot June promotion is only available on MyCTMH® websites.

How does a customer order the campaign items?

They simply visit your MyCTMH® site and go to the Jackpot June section to participate in the fun deals in June.

Is there a grace period for this promotion?

No. Because all purchases are transacted online by the buyer, you will not be entering orders into Order Entry so there is no need for a grace period.

Will tax be charged on this promotion?

Tax is assessed on the actual amount the customer pays for the item.

How much is shipping/handling for the Jackpot days deals?

Discounted shipping/handling will be $0.99 US / $1.99 CAN for each item purchased. So if you purchase 5 items, you will be charged $4.95/ $9.95 for shipping/handling. No shipping/handling is charged for the free Jackpot item(s).

How much is shipping/handling for the Goodie Box deals?

Discounted shipping/handling rates will vary depending on the size and weight of the Goodie Box.

For the US, shipping for a Goodie Box will range from $7.00 US to $9.00 US.

How will the Goodie Boxes and Jackpot items be shipped?

For Goodie Boxes, shipping to the continental US will be UPS Ground, Canada will ship with Landmark, AK/HI/PR/GU and APO/FPO will ship via USPS. For Jackpot Day deals, in order to give you and your customers the shipping/handling charge of $0.99 US / $1.99 CAN per item, we reserve the right to select the best shipping method available to give you this great pricing. This may mean that tracking on each package may not be available but it is necessary to help us keep the pricing low.


If a customer wants to purchase additional items that are not part of the Jackpot June promotion, will the discounted shipping rates still apply?

No. The shipping rates for the Jackpot June Goodie Boxes and Jackpot days products are available only for this campaign and do not apply to non-campaign items.

How many Goodie Boxes can a customer purchase in one order?

The Goodie Boxes are limited to one box per order. You can place several orders if you wish, but only one box is permitted per transaction.

How many discount products can a customer purchase in a single order on the Jackpot days, and how many FREE items can a customer earn?

You can buy as many discount products as you'd like—there is no limit. If you order the Jackpot item in multiples, you will receive that same number of FREE products. For example, if you order three of the Jackpot item, and the free item of the day is a paper packet, we'll send you three of the paper packets!

Who can participate in this campaign?

Everyone! Customers, Consultants, Junior Consultants, family, friends, strangers—the more the merrier!

How do I qualify for the FREE Jackpot item offered?

Simply purchase from the select list of products provided for a chance to win the free item! Order all the products on the list to ensure that you win the free item, or take a risk and just order a handful and hope that you select the Jackpot item and thus win the free item.

How do I qualify for a Goodie Box?

There is no qualifying purchase necessary. Simply add one box to your order to participate in the Jackpot June offer, with no other items in the shopping cart, please.

What are the dates this campaign is valid?

June 1–July 1, 2010 at 8:00 am. The first deal is available on June 1, beginning at 9:00 am (MDT). All items are supplies last.

Is this offer available while supplies last?

Each day's offer is good for that day only while supplies last. We specifically selected items with ample quantities on hand to make shopping a relaxed experience. We encourage shoppers to come throughout the day for a smoother shopping experience rather than “racing to the doors” each day at 9:00 am.

When will Jackpot offers be available and when will Goodie Box offers be available?

That is the beauty of the Jackpot June promotion—you never know what you are going to get until each day at 9:00 am (MDT)! Check your MyCTMH® site daily for offers. Deals end at 8:00 am (MDT) the following day or while supplies last. There will be one hour (8:00 am–9:00 am) with no offer as we get ready for the next deal
