Color Me Monday

Most Mondays, the founder of Close to my Heart, Jeanette Lynton will post a blog entry she calls "Color Me Monday" whereby she chooses colors from the CTMH color palette to create  her weekly blog project(s).   I've been closely following her blog today and haven't seen an updated post, so with that in mind, I bring you my own "Color Me Monday" color scheme. This week's colors are as follows:

Gold Rush

Heavenly Blue

Moonstruck

Topiary

Don't worry if you don't have the exact colors directly from CTMH. Just create a card, scrapbook page, or any other type of paper crafting project you wish using the general colors of gold, heavenly (or baby/carolina blue), moonstruck (a deep sort of darker 4th of July blue) and topiary (or medium to dark shade of green).  The purpose of " Color Me Monday" is to get your creative juices flowing and allow you to experiment with a variety of colors and how they work together.  If you find the time this week to complete the color challenge, please upload it to the Shelly's CTMH Craft Crib page. There is no right or wrong way to create your artwork, and there are no prizes this time (sorry gals!) but these are just for us to gain inspiration and glean from the talents of our fellow Craft Crib members.  Happy Creating!  You can post your project anytime before midnight Sunday night.  A new color challenge will be posted next Monday.  It might be one I create or it may be one that comes from Jeanette. You never know.
